Cancellation and Return Policy 

*By purchasing a Golden Designs product, which lists a Golden Designs Cancellation and Return Policy, you agree to the terms of cancellation, refund, return and fee application. 

The customer may cancel and return goods, subject to the terms and conditions of this policy. The customer shall assume all risk of loss associated with the return as well as shipping, handling, restocking and other fees, costs and expenses as described in this policy.

Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase and all returns must be processed within 30 days of delivery. We reserves the right to refuse to refund any deposit or payment, or cancel any payment due, and any owing until such time as a) we are in receipt of the goods b) has inspected the goods and c) in the Sellers discretion, has found the goods to be free of damage.

All refunds will be provided within 5 business days once the product has been returned to the warehouse and inspected for damage. All returned goods must be in their original packaging. Seller may refuse to refund all or any portion of any payment, or cancel payment due and owing if the customer fails to fully comply with or violates the terms and conditions of this policy. 

Shipping, Handling and Restocking Fees

All cancelled orders and/or returnedgoods shall be subject to the following: a) storage fees and costs associated with routing the goods; b) handling and restocking fee of 20% of the total purchase for each sauna; c) all shipping costs to and from the Seller, and; d) a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number provided by Seller.  Failure to obtain the RMA number shall result in Seller not accepting any returned shipmentand. All such costs and fees determined shall be paid to Spa Store US upon demand.

Additional Shipping Charges

1) Change of address charge:

a. Sane city and freight terminal ($85.00)

b. Different City and different freight terminal ($150.00 and up)

2) Redelivery Charge:

a. $95.00 for 2nd attempt

b. $150.00 for 3rd attempt

3) Storage Charge

a. $125.00 per day, after the 3rd day at the destination terminal

We thoroughly advise you to consider the weight and dimensions of your product to ensure a seamless installation, before purchase. 

This product, manufactured by Golden Designs, guarantees a 5-year limited warranty for all saunas and a 1-year warranty for Cold Plunge, Traditional Stoves, and DCT Chillers, ensuring your investment in your health is protected and your satisfaction guaranteed.

Your sauna will ship from our warehouse within 2 business days, and you'll receive tracking information once it's on its way.

The freight carrier will call you 24-48 hours before delivery to schedule a specific delivery date and time. Deliveries typically occur within a 4-hour window, and we recommend discussing any potential delivery challenges (such as remote locations, long driveways, low-hanging trees, apartment complexes, stairs, etc.) with us before shipping.

For 1-2 person models, the sauna will arrive in a single box, while larger units may come in multiple boxes, all securely strapped to a pallet. Our saunas are delivered via a 53ft semi-truck, and the driver will unload the pallet to your curbside or the end of your driveway.

After the pallet is unloaded, please inspect the box(es) for any visible damage immediately. If you notice minor scratches, scuffs, or indentations, be sure to note them on the delivery receipt. There's no need to open the boxes to check the sauna itself. If you observe any significant damage (such as large holes, which are typically caused by forklift mishandling), please refuse the delivery.
